Oh look, another round of infographic Friday! I know you are all probably excited. Though I doubt you’re as excited right now  as when I posted my chart yesterday. I know, I know… I find this one especially fitting though since just yesterday I was talking about how I am going through another round of not getting enough sleep AND because I was awake for most of last night.

Do you get enough sleep? I try, I really do. But I go through periods of time where I just can’t sleep that usually lasts for about a week at a time. That’s this week.

  1. I have the same issue. Every so often I just can’t sleep right and it messes with me for about a week or two. It’s tough. I also have an issue with waking up in the middle of the night. Last night I woke up 3 times, for no real reason. It’s frustrating.

  2. I try to get enough, but I can’t fall asleep or I can’t stay asleep or I can’t sleep in. It’s always something! Good infographic, though! I didn’t know the thing about natural light helping with sleep. Good to know!
