So paleo. Apparently, it’s kind of a big deal right now. I feel like in the last, oh, six or so months the blog world has BLOWN UP with people who are now following the paleo diet. To be clear – I’m not eating paleo, and I’m not sure I’ll ever really try it out. There’s a part of me that’s interested to see if it would actually make me feel more energized and well-balanced. Then there’s a part of me that freaking loves dairy products. I’m just not sure I could ever cut out cheese and milk and ice cream.
Anyway, I was sent over this infographic on the paleo revolution, and I wanted to pass it on to y’all. I think it’s interesting to read about, but I’m still on the fence with the whole thing.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on paleo. Would you eat paleo? Do you eat paleo? Would you never even consider it?
Ack! No cheese? No Greek yogurt? I don’t think it’s for me.
DITTO.
teehee I did it for a few months and followed through and lost a lot of weight and looked better given I worked out. It works but sometimes it sucks not being able to eat certain delicious foods so I only follow it with some changes.
I gave Paleo a try this summer, and it wass definitely not for me, mostly because of the meat. I had food poisoning back in March, and since then my body doesn’t digest meat as it used to. I found myself eating more in the middle of the road: mostly vegetarian with lean meats very rarely.
Food for thought for sure, thanks for sharing!
Simply had to comment. I am baffled by anyone on the paleo diet. Any diet that states to eat what nature intended us to eat etc only to then say “you can freeze” meat is simply mental. It’s a fad diet, in ten years’ time no-one will care about it anymore…in the same way that Atkins isn’t as popular now as it was 10 years or so ago. Nonsense and bah humbug at it, just eat normal amounts of proper food and exercise.
Great blog though.
ahahahaha this made me laugh. and you’re right, it definitely could end up dying out in no time at all!
